"I took my fiancé to Great Clips for a simple clipper cut. He has been here several times with only one decent haircut. But this one was by far the worst. The girl did the entire cut in abut 5 minutes and when he got out, I saw why! She left large areas of hair on his neck that she didn't shave, his entire neckline was crooked and one side burn was totally messed up, I was shocked she would let a customer leave looking like that. Not sure we will be back! I know some of these employees are right out of school and I try to give everyone a chance to learn, but this was just unacceptable."
