"This used to be my favorite Tim Hortons. I have never received bad service here and folks are always friendly. My complaint is that there is no quality control with regard to donuts. Seems whoever is making them has decided that icing is bad for people and they should not have any. My son was so disappointed the last tu.e we went ther and you could not even see the icing (let alone taste it) on his vanilla dip donut. There was just the thinnest layer required to hold the sprinkles on. Come on , get your act together guys."

"i had went to tim hortans to get me a coffee i’ve been getting the same coffe order for 20+ years. they lady was talking rudely from the very beginning saying “what do you want want” and didn’t give good coustimer service from the beginning. she gave me my coffe and it was too dark i asked her if she could add more cream she took it back with an attitude and gave it back it was still dark i said this isn’t right she told me “next time you should just ask for 6 cream instead of 4” with a attitude i had showed her a coffe i’ve had in my other car and said see this is for cream and i had gave her back the coffe and then i gave it to her a little hard because i was a little mad she has so much attitude then she took the coffe and had threw it at me all over my clothes and my car and the coffe was really hot and i had red burn marks on my chest."

"I pulled into the drive thru with my family. The person working was very rude. There was no greeting, just a “what do you want.” When we began ordering, she was increasingly annoyed and not listening. We had several orders in the car and she kept getting angry, trying to get us to pull forward after only one drink was ordered. We were trying to clarify with her that we had 4 drink orders, she tried to input 4 of the wrong drink, so we clarified “no” and she started yelling at us. We were so shocked, we left the drive thru. Surely this can’t be the first time someone has come through needing more than one drink. I have never seen someone so angry over people visiting their establishment."

"Service only sucked because the young lady taking out order just took our order and began to stand around, and when it was time to complete the order. She returned only to have things repeated to herself all times and repeat them back to you while still doing nothing. It was a waste of fifteen minutes for a cup of coffee and a couple of gifts certificates"

"Order this from the mobile app & I paid $1.00 for extra cream cheese. Does that look like extra cream cheese?? They had one simple job! It was 6:10 in the morning, no rush, it was a total of 3 cars…one in front of me & one behind me so it wasn’t like they were jammed or backed up. I want what I am paying for. This is last time I go to this location because it’s not the first, second or third time they have messed up a simple order. 3 strikes you out!"
