"Post Edit: I appreciate the response and next time I will try a carry out option, and sorry if it sounded harsh towards your establishment, I just was not expecting that kind of service. I would have liked to have had the situation explained in the moment. We were kind of left hanging as to what’s going on. Plus with the food I’d totally get it had I’d known that info but we did feel kinda weird being told not to order an item unless we really want it. It makes me feel like the kitchen doesn’t enjoy making it, it’s just plain not good, or I’m being a hassle to the kitchen by ordering it. I get it though you had 4 people working, leaving about 1 person a position if that. I’ll even admit maybe I did misunderstand the info, but you maintained great customer attention before we ordered, but we never got a two bite check or anything after the order was placed really. We may have even ordered more because of the misunderstanding with additional communication, because we ended up having to order more elsewhere that night. Again I get it I saw you running tables in the dining room alone for the most part. I’m just saying how it went from my perspective dining in compared to elsewhere I’m aware now and again appreciate the response as it sheds light on the night. I hope to update this review sometime in the new year. Hope you stay busy and get some extra help potentially"

"We have dined in and carried out from this restaurant for many years. The food is always great. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when they're really busy but the wait staff is attentive. Love the inside. The drinks are really good too! Thanks New China for providing us with great tasting food for all these years!!!"

"I love this place….you feel like family. Alice is the sweetest hostess ever. Michael the waiter is a pleasure to know. He tries to get everyone everything they need. Fast and reliable. The cook is in the back, hiding his face but not his delicious foods. Come and enjoy this restaurant."

"It was ok but the food wasn't that great. Service was ok as well. Barely any vegetables in my wonton soup and i recieved saltine crackers for my soup instead of fried wonton strips, the wonton wrappers were too thick. i also got sesame chicken it didn't taste like sesame chicken it was orange chicken but with sesame seeds on it. The egg roll was also weird and tasted like it had allspice or cinnamon in it which i have had before but personally i thought it wasn't that good that way."
