"This is the worst experience I have ever had at store! Saturday afternoon 2 weeks before Christmas and they have 1 cashier. We have been standing in line for over an hour. You should be able to rate a place 0 stars."
"Today Sunday November 19th 2023 the store had a crazy crazy line! With only one lady at the register she did an amazing job holding it down and staying calm! They were so short staffed it took about 15 minutes until 1-2 other ladies could come to help her out. At that point the line started to move a lot faster but in total me and many other customers waited a good 25-35 minutes to cash out. I give 5* stars to the ladies working hard and handling the tough situation well :) but shame on tj max for either one not hiring more help or two probably bot paying enough if a living wage to get people to want to work! Offer more, do better. Everyone loves shopping here so make coming to work worth it for your employees so they actually stay and you don’t have such a high turn over rate."
"Normally I like shopping at T.J. Maxx online. Im coming here twice a month because sometimes they have great deal on designer pauses shoes, clothes they don’t sell online and designer perfume that I have to try on. This store not too busy, friendly staff. I really enjoyed shopping here!!"
"I can see that its the end of year stuff... not a lot of jewelry choice... lots of sale items clothes wise. Not a good variety of shoes especially size 9. But I must say I came in for mugs and there was a decent supply for me to choose."
