"Weird that after they clean the bathroom ( 730pm) that they will no longer allow anyone to use the bathroom when they close at 9pm. They definitely need to change this policy especially if there is a purchasing customer. If this is not a policy, then they should re-train some employees"

"I like the chalk board with witty signs! Lady working there was very nice. They are keeping the place clean. Overall it’s a good Starbucks. I love the oat milk they use for chai lattes. I love my drinks extra hot and always ask to make sure that it is so."

"I got a white chocolate mocha door dashed and it tasted like it was just milk… took the lid off and i don’t see any coffee?? and why is it yellow?!"

"Managers here need to staff better. The fact that it is peak hours and no one is able to work the oven because there are only 3 people behind the bar is insane. How are you not going to have a proper staff during peak? I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes for a single food item because management did not staff properly. The poor baristas are slammed because they are not staffed properly. Do better for your staff and your customers."

"I have never seen a Starbucks look so disgusting in the inside before I was so overwhelmed with how dirty this place is. Windows was gross floors look like they haven't been mop In years table's just omg beyond gross. The service was great the place itself need a whole bleach down. They let homeless people hang out in there and around the building never seen that before. I will not take my child back in there never again ill stick to what I'm used to."
