"I just left maybe 30 minutes ago, and let me tell you, I only ordered three things and EVERYTHING was wrong. There were egg shells in the breakfast sandwich. The hashbrowns were burnt. Even the espresso in the coffee was burnt, and the drink was not mixed at all. I would love to say that it's strictly an issue of folks needing better training, I never want to put too much on the workers, but I can't in good faith say that that's the case here. Three stars for service because at least the order was actually ready when I got there."

"Kids there are thugs that want to fight. Four times, the order is wrong. No refund per manager Rudy. No new cup per manager, Rudy. Manager Rudy himself isn't available and not answering. Their suggestion was to call the 1800 #. Hopefully, someone there is sober. Street language is used like a candy while minors, ladies, and all other clients in the store. The smell of Marijuana is strong. Stay away. Your safety matters."

"This place has been awful ever since the management took it. I've been frequenting this place for more than 3 years, almost since I first moved here. Every morning I have my coffee from this place, and it has never tasted as horrible. The new proprietors are unable to even ring up the register or make the coffee. They don't understand half of what I say and charge you arbitrary amounts as long as the total is the same. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting for hours and was cold. I complained to the franchise for almost an hour. Fortunately, they promised to get in touch with them, but I doubt that would be of much use unless they replaced them."
