"We sent an employee down here to pick up & place an order at the drive through for a total of 4 employees. When he came back to work, multiple items were missing, so we sent him back. After he returned, we still had several missing items (we checked the receipt and everything was correct) and ALL of our food was cold. How can you still not get an order correct?!?!?! He told us about the argument one of the cashiers (he said she was tall, white & skinny) & the managers got into with him. What a shame!!!! We work at a LARGE company down the street from here & we will only be using the Telegraph McDonald’s for employee lunches from now on!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! Waste of our employee’s time, our money, and gas money. Never got any of our fries, McChickens were missing, and sauces were wrong. Again, we will only be using the Telegraph location from now on, even if it’s out of the way. You should be ashamed for treating your customers like this!!!"

"Just left there ordered my son a quarter pounder meal with an apple pie His meat was pink.! Literally raw on the inside. Being that he is a kid he didn't take notice. Good thing I looked at him while I said something to him and almost slapped it out of his hands. He had already taken a couple of bites. Couldn't even call to tell them about it because the phone says it was busy.. All my life I've never been served raw burgers from a McDonald's."
