"I used to come here 5 times a week because it's convenient to get a sandwich at 7am on my way to work. 3 days in a row I asked for grilled farmers breakfast wrap with sausage. All 3 times I received different wraps then what i asked for. Before then I'd get the bagels but it always seemed like they were burnt or stale from sitting out all night. Management needs a turnover or they need to implement better training."

"Went here around 1pm on 11/18. There were no other customers in the store or in the drive-thru. Two workers by the drive-thru window were distracted by their conversation, while a 3rd one was sitting on the counter at the other end of the restaurant (she was on her phone). After what seemed like 5 minutes, I cleared my throat, and the phone obsessed cashier walked over to greet me. Once I got my coffee, I sat in the restaurant. It had not been cleaned in a while as crumbs and napkins were on the tables and floor. The coffee was good, but service and facility were below average. Update: To the Tim Hortons owner...everything you need to take action is included in my initial review above. Forcing me to call or email you is redundant. I share this so you can fix your employee problem. Not looking for a free donut."

"Worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever been to. I placed an order ahead on the app and put that I wanted it ready in 20 minutes. When I got there they had no idea I even ordered anything. Not only did they make me 30 minutes late for work, but the workers were very inconsiderate and horrible to deal with. They barely know how to do anything. Stay away from this location."

"Stopped by there this afternoon with the kids and a couple of their cousins. We ordered hot chocolates for the kids with instructions for the temperature to not be “adult level” hot and told them that they were for the kids. Also ordered donuts, timbits, coffee and a latte. The 5 hot chocolates were HOT, not appropriate for kids despite our request. My coffee was fine but my wife never received her latte which we only noticed after we had pulled out of the drive thru. The donuts and timbits were good."

"Go to this store if you want to a snack like this in the pictures.Not sure what happened to their management. Food quality turned to worse. Very shocked to see the food quality that we eat which typically doesn’t grab attention while driving. Very rude response from staff. Check after collecting your order They also Cheat by skipping items in the order. Better look elsewhere for other options. Remember, there are high chances your mornings can get messed up. Beware!! Edit: they don’t give receipts to avoid negative feedbacks. Because The receipts has the code for you to report to Tim hortons."
