"Wanted to exchange a pair of shorts. The first women totally messed everything up. Said she made a mistake. But wouldn't tell me what she did. The manager came to help. I was explaining what was going on. The 1st associate kept trying to intrupt as I was explaining what I was trying to do. The "manager" strugged her shoulders at me, and asked what I would like to do about it. I said fix it I need shorts. Both was very rude and would not help fix the problem. When I asked what both their names were, they both stood there. I told them I had the right to know their names. Finally the "manager" said Janet. I asked the other associates name. "Janet" shook her head no. Finally the other girl said Hannah. When I asked for a number to contact someone higher. They game me a number, not someone higher to speak to, but just online help. When I asked them to write their name on my receipt, they told me no and to leave their stores. Very rude. Wouldn't fix their mistakes. And who knows if their names are correct."

"This Torrid is great, I’m in here at least once every 2 weeks. The ladies that work there go above and beyond and work hard and are so down to earth. Returns are easy (keep the tags on until you try things on people, it’s not a hard concept) and if you hit the right time with Torrid cash, sales, rewards and any other discounts you can rack up, the prices are reasonable. My friend drives from Garden City to go to this Torrid with me. Great store! Clean, organized, friendly staff."

"I used to love Torrid, they had some really cool leggings and lots of tops to go with them. Also a great selection of jeans that fit the plus sized. Prices were a bit above average but worth it. Now, all the leggings are versions of black leggings, the clothes are garbage. I’ll fitting and cheap fabric. This particular Torrid store is well stocked, but either they don’t steam the clothes before they put them on the racks and displays or the quality is so poor everything is a wrinkled mess. I bought a bra few weeks ago, I have bought many bras here in the past. The fit of the bra was completely wrong. I had removed the tag thinking I was going to wear the bra but I kept the receipt. When I returned the bra I was chastised for not having the tag. I had my receipt, they have all my info bc I’m a torrid rewards member, the cashier grudgingly processed my return. While I was there a blue denim shirt caught my eye so I bought it. Again foolishly, I removed the tag ( but kept it) thinking I would wear the shirt. The fit and quality of the shirt was so bad so I returned it. I had the receipt, I had the tag and I had only had the shirt about a week. The first thing the clerk said was ohhhhh you wore this. I said no I didn’t, I didn’t like it. Then she said in the future the tags need to be attached for the return., but she would process my return. We are talking about sales tags not the labels on the clothes. I assured the woman not worry I would never set foot in that store or buy anything from torrid again. She asked my why, I said bc the clothes are garbage and I’m sick of being nagged about tags while trying to return things. Mind you, I had the tag and the receipt!!"

"This was my first time at this location and I am so happy I stopped in. Sammie was the associate that assisted me and she was AMAZING! She was so helpful and helped me step out of my comfort zone. I already love the clothing at Torrid but the stuff she picked out was great. I live about 45 minutes away from this location but would not hesitate to make the drive just so Sammie could help me again. It was like having my own personal shopper. Thank you again!!"
