"I’ve never had mrs fields before but every time I go to the mall I see the same staff members working hard and being friendly to their customers. I went today and finally tried one of their smoothies and it was amazing! George helped me out with a recommendation on which one to get that would taste the best and he was so funny and sweet! I will definitely come back again."

"I was charged $20 for two large smoothies they put it in a small cup, and put the large cup on top. Never coming back here again! I work to dam hard for money for them to be stealing from me! I went back and asked for a refund they said they don’t give refunds for smoothies. Very unprofessional staff, don’t waste your time in this place!"

"I ordered a cookie cake with Happy New Year in red and white icing, paying in advance for pick up after 12 on 12/31. When I picked it up @ 2, the young man at the counter told me repeatedly that there were no cookies for pick up. Then said I must have the wrong location. When I told him I had the charge receipt he told me that the cookie just needed to be iced & to come back in 15 mins. He then gave me a cookie that obviously had blue icing wiped partially off, with green, white, red & pink icing piled on. I’ve always had great service & great cookies here. This was just bizarre."

"Sometimes all I need is something sweet in my day. While in Somerset, my visit was not going to be complete without a stop at Mrs. Fields for some cookies. I am a personal fan of their peanut butter cookies and their brownies. When I smell that freshly baked cookies aroma, I cannot help myself but to stop and buy some. I am going to keep this review short and sweet. For one, the service was great. Secondly, the cookie was devoured in nine seconds. Finally, Mrs. Fields has some of the best cookies when they are hot and fresh out of the oven."
