"Consistently Disappointing Service and Quality I am compelled to share my ongoing disappointing experiences with this Tim Hortons location, especially regarding their DoorDash orders. It has become a recurring issue that my orders are often incomplete or incorrect. Items I look forward to enjoying are frequently missing, and more than once, I’ve received someone else’s order entirely. The most disheartening aspect, however, has been the noticeable decline in the quality of their coffee, which was once a staple of my daily routine. Lately, the coffee has consistently had a burnt taste, detracting significantly from the enjoyment and comfort I used to find in their brew. I had hoped these issues would be temporary, but they have persisted over time, leading to a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience. "I'm giving 3 stars because service and product has been great until the past couple weeks. I've been coming here 7 days a week for quite awhile and 7 days a week I order the same thing, an extra large dark roast 3 cream, 3 sugar. It's been perfect, until the last couple weeks. I've been given luke warm coffee. I was given some type of unrecognizable hot drink and this morning my coffee has no cream or sugar and is not dark roast! I've tried calling. I understand they get busy and can't answer. I don't know what has changed, but please train the new employees better."

"Criminally understaffed. Often only has one poor person running the whole thing. There's nothing but donuts and coffee available most of the time, and even that is slow and not great. Literally less service than a simple vending machine."
