"UPDATE: They texted us as soon as we left and told us to go to bay 328. The same bay that has been open the whole time we've been here. Arrived at 11:30 am on a Tuesday and was told the wait was about 60 to 90 minutes. We sat down to have lunch. An hour and 15 minutes in I asked I asked how much longer and they told me another hour. I understand Tuesdays are busy but there have been bays that have been empty since we got here. They told me that they are all reserved but we have been here 2 hours and we would have been done golfing by now. The parking lot has been empty since we got here as well. Terrible management. Pics are only of the 3rd floor. The other floors had more available bays the WHOLE time."

"We come here often with friends and what an amazing experience tonight was. We were greeted by Luke, who was very pleasant and had a great attitude. He answered all our questions our group was asking as some of our friends hadn’t been here before. You can tell he enjoyed his job. Compare to other times we’ve checked in. The food was amazing and our server Megan was very attentive and cheeked on us frequently. Today was an amazing visit to top golf. Kudos to the entire staff. It was perfect for our group and we will definitely be back."

"This place is nice for really any type of gathering, from a work team event to hanging with friends. This place is also warm in the winter as they do have heaters all over. The food is good, but the portions are small for most things. The Buffalo chicken dip is by far one of the best things they have."

"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent visit to your establishment. My family and I had a terrible experience and I believe it’s important for you to know about it. First and foremost, I was shocked when, just three minutes after closing time, the security personnel started shouting at us to leave. I understand the importance of adhering to closing hours, but a grace period would have been appreciated to gather our belongings and exit the premises without feeling rushed and humiliated. To add to our frustration, David, the manager on the third floor, was incredibly rude and unhelpful when we tried to discuss this issue with him. His lack of professionalism only intensified our dissatisfaction with the service we received. Furthermore, the quality of service during our visit was subpar, and the food we ordered was extremely salty, making it nearly inedible. This not only negatively impacted our dining experience but also made us question the overall standards of your establishment. As a loyal customer, I have enjoyed Top Golf on numerous occasions in the past, and this recent experience was a stark departure from the enjoyable times I’ve had in the past. I sincerely hope you take this feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to ensure a more pleasant and customer-friendly experience for future patrons.
