"My husband and I had dinner reservations at 8 PM on February 14, 2024 for Valentine’s Day. We arrived at 7:50 and the host mentioned it would be about a 20-25 minute wait. We did not get seated until closer to 9 PM. We knew our waiter was busy accommodating many tables so we were patient awaiting his arrival. We placed our order and received our two appetizers a half hour after and our table Cesar salad at 10 PM. At about 10:40 PM, my husband and I decided we were no longer hungry and had lost our appetite. We asked the waiter what the approximated time was for us to receive our dinner, he told us he didn’t have a time for us. He spoke to the manager and the manager didn’t even take time to come to our table to see how he can resolve this issue. My husband and I rarely go out, we went through obstacles finding a babysitter for our toddler and not to mention I had to be up at 5 AM for a 13 hour shift that next day. Truly upsetting how overbooked they were just to make more money for the night not only to get an outcome like to but stress out their staff for selfish reasoning. We understand this is one of the busiest nights for restaurants but as a manager they hold the responsibility of communicating to their guests when things go wrong to find a solution as well as planning and monitoring their staff which they lacked. We left the money that covered the food we ate, a tip for the waiter, and walked out. ** update - I had spoken to the manager Kelianne and she was very understanding as well as apologetic of our concerns. She explained how many of the staff called off the day of and they were extremely short staffed for the amount of people they had. I truly appreciate how much effort she put in to make it right and have us come back for a better experience."

"We had a work holiday party here. The food was great. Service was wonderful. Atmosphere gives an old time feel. My main compliment was our valet. He worked many positions and really took pride in his work. A quality not seen anymore. He went above and beyond with a parking lot issue in the storm and did it all with a smile! Professional and courteous, I hope management takes notice!"

"Really great Steakhouse/Italian/Seafood place I never knew existed! The T-bone steak was fantastic and perfectly cooked, the raw oysters were also amazing. My only complaint is they were out of all the specials and we were the first table seated. I really wanted the Chilean Sea-bass, I wish it wouldn’t have been offered if unavailable. Great atmosphere and staff and drinks were strong and tasty!"

"Upscale restaurant with great steak. Really good service, wait staff is really attentive. Portions are huge, I couldn't finish all the food! Steak was grilled to perfection, meaning it was the correct "rare" that I ordered. Would recommend wholeheartedly for anyone looking for a great steak in the area."
