"Got a pedicure and my cuticles were left bleeding when I left. The guy didn’t care that the pedicure hurt. I had dry blood around my toes for almost a week. Nice people but they need more training. The horribly painful pedicures seem to be a pattern here. It’s local I love that it’s so close to home but now I will avoid at all cost until I start seeing some positive reviews and photos."

"I've been going here on and off because it's close to home and you can walk in without an appointment. I won't be going back after the terrible, painful pedicure I received. The guy did the whole pedicure, which usually the woman does part of it. He left my toes sore and red. Even though I let him know it hurt he didn't care. The communication is terrible. He's only nice when you're done and ready to pay and leave. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day and was taking it Out on my feet or what, but looking at other reviews I'm not the only one who has had a painful experience. In the past, he only did part of the pedicure and was much nicer. I won't be going back and he will lose more customers if he doesn't change his rude ways and continues to be too rough on the feet. It's supposed to be relaxing, not painful."

"I often get manicure here and they r But today I got a pedicure and NVR again. . He was very rough. Pushing and pulling my leg and foot. He cut and cut it hurt so bad. At one point I told him to stop. And he said no no and kept going until I yelled that it hurt to much. My feet are very sore. NVR will I go to him again. I told him I've NVR had a pedicure hurt before. Just awful"

"was here 4 hours (til 8:30 pm.. they took 2 other people in between the services) for a full set and a pedicure. my pedicure hurt. my feet were bright red from how hot the water was. the chairs were super uncomfortable. my toes are in pain a day later still… from how rough the service was. 2 of my friends also got pedicures from the same guy and we all were flinching from the pain. the finished product does look nice, but i should be able to enjoy getting a pedicure, not gripping the chair from pain… then i got a full set done by a lady. my cuticles were not removed, the tips were not placed correctly because you can see see the edges of my natural nail. i had to go home and file it myself. not to mention, that after being home and washing my hands.. my WHITE nails, turned BLUE. my fingers are throbbing still. they are all super thick from not being filed and shaped, and i had to ask for a double coat of polish… when they should already be doing that. i also asked for a regular pedicure and full set. i was directed to the gel polish right away. so of course, i got charged extra, even tho that’s not what i asked for. 130$ later for a very messed up full set, and bleeding toes. they guy that did our pedicure was nice, and was detail oriented so that’s appreciated. they were friendly at payment and departure. i wished them a merry christmas and still tipped, despite the errors. lesson learned and i will not be returning."
