"I would leave a ZERO if I could!! Had an appt this morning to do an all over color and a cut. Walked in to a did you have the appt? When I had just called there. No welcoming to the salon nothing. Not even a smile. She was an older lady with dark hair. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. And that she did not want to be doing my hair!! I have never been treated like this in a salon before!! I had to leave and I will never be back. This was my first time at this salon too."

"Took my daughter to Super Cuts today to get her hair trimmed and died. I was able to get right in, which isn't always the case so I got lucky on that one. This daughter is very shy and finds it hard to talk to people, but the stylist was able to make her comfortable and able to talk easily and come up with a style she liked to go with the color she wanted. Everything went super smoothly. My daughter got exactly the cut she wanted and the color came out amazing. She was just over the moon happy and still hasn't stopped smiling. I've gone here on and off for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Everyone has always been very nice and exceptionally capable. We will definitely be going again!"
