"Absolutely horrible service! First, server reported the toaster was not working, so i wasn’t able to order a croissant. Fine. I ordered two bagels instead, for which she gave me the wrong one. When I informed her of the mistake, she stated I had “three in [my] bag already.” I ordered two dozen doughnuts for the nurses in the hospital taking care of both my husband and daughter, she said “we’re too short staffed, you can only get one.” Then, she said “go.” I will literally never go here ever again."

"To the lady who took my order this morning with a rude tone, i hope you find a job that you enjoy because this one isn’t for you. If I’m ordering there’s no need to speak to me with an attitude over a speaker, have the same energy at the window. And it seems as though the coffee was made to disappoint purposely. Kind of weird for all 4 drinks I ordered to be watered down. I don’t know who ruined your morning but it wasn’t me so there is no need to talk to your customers like trash. Maybe find a worker with a more pleasant voice and attitude to greet your customers in the morning, and not someone who doesn’t want to be there."

"Stood in line for ten minutes while a new driver pulled into the drive thru and had their order taken before me. You had people coming from the street, walking behind the counter making food. Totally unprofessional and unorganized. Will never go to this location."

"They messed up my order but they fixed it, very professional. I was going to leave a 1 star but changed my mind since they were nice about it. Restaurants are still short staffed so people Need to have patience with the employees. This location really needs to be renovated."
