"I come here regularly. And there are some good workers here that know what they’re doing. But there’s one gal who always has a major attitude problem. I don’t know what’s going on in her life, but please Quit if you don’t know how to talk to customers. I ordered a Carmel cream cold brew with cold foam. I got to the drive thru window. A guy greets and pulls up my order. I pull around to the window, I ask him if this is the right drink? It doesn’t have the cold foam or Carmel drizzle on top… hence why I asked. He hands it back to the Irritated girl in the back, Ohhh My Gawd she belts out. She then adds the cold foam and Carmel to the top, he hands me the drink…. Was that really necessary? Next day, I order my regular drink. It’s the SAME irritated girl… monotone, unfriendly, crunchy as can be. I call her out on her attitude and her lack of skills making coffees. She then she acts like she’s the victim. Girl bye. Quit."

"They are supposed to be closed at 8. I was there at 7:15 trying to get there attention. They never even looked at me. Just sat in the back, hiding from their customers while eating a plate of bacon. Wednesday, January 3rd 2024."

"Always have a hot cuppa for me for the long drive home from wherever I'm at. Sometimes I add a Fruit Explosion muffin and/or an Apple Fritter if I'm in the mood"

"This morning we ordered bacon, egg and cheese on english muffin from the drive through. When my brother took first bite of his sandwich he found out that bacon has mold on it. This is the second occurrence, back in February my English muffin had mold. When I took that sandwich back, the manger was like we will keep an eye, so that this never happens again. I’m a regular customer at this location from the past 10 years. I am very disappointed with the service recently."

"DO NOT GO HERE! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS JUST AS MUCH AS THEIR ATTITUDES! THEY HAVE USELESS WORKERS. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CLUE HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE, THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY 0 KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR MENU AND WHAT THEY OFFER. THEY NEED TO RE-EVALUATE WHO THEY HAVE WORKING BEHIND THEIR COUNTERS.. HIRE NEW STAFF OR TRAIN YOUR CURRENT STAFF HOW TO BE DECENT HUMAN BEINGS. MY COLLEAGUES AND I GIVE A LOT OF BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION AND MOVING FORWARD I WILL DO EVERYTHING TO STEER ANY OF THEM AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION."
