"I came to Oh My to support a local business that was recommended by a friend. The owner was very welcoming and extremely helpful when picking out a wedding gown. When it came time for the alterations that was a different story. My wedding was 9/13/19 I picked up my dress, that still doesn't fit, Monday 9/16 due to lack of communication. My mother in law broke her leg, my car got stolen, and we had some pretty huge family issues going on all 2 weeks before the wedding. The last thing I needed to deal with was having to get a brand new dress 2 days before. All I wanted was an apology. I never asked for a refund and I didn't get either one. Instead I was blamed for everything. The owner is very nice. However don't let her do your alterations."
