"I used to love this Starbucks, but the recent changes make it feel a bit bland. The new modern look to fit more people is okay, but it's lost the cozy vibe I enjoyed. What's really disappointing is they got rid of my favorite table by the window. It was the perfect spot. The update is not as charming as before."

"As a former employee here - anyone who knows me knows I value great customer service skills I am absolutely disgusted with how I'm treated at this location. I still frequent here as it is my local starbucks. I know many of the customers as it is my community. I sit in the lobby to do my work. I mobile order with little interaction with the workers. Yet the manager Jessica insists on harassing me, claiming that i am verbally attacking the workers. She approached me while I was sitting with my child saying that I am attacking people and that she is going to ban me if my behavior continues. I will never step foot in this starbucks again until this manager is out the door. I know from the community that many people stopped going to this location due to her behavior."

"This Starbucks is great! I got my food fast and the employees were very kind! Even though the prices were high, I was still very satisfied!"

"The Mayflower Starbucks has consistently been a wonderful Starbucks to visit over the many years I've done so. Employees are always nice and happy to help! Drinks are consistently good and done correctly, whether specialty or not. It can get busy, but it is in a prime location! Some of the reviewers here mention a drive-thru and that's making me wonder if some of the bad reviews are supposed to be for a different location. The Mayflower Starbucks in downtown Plymouth does not have one. I am also going to mention that the employees are not robots and everyone can have an off day or make a mistake, please try not to be that person that leaves a terrible review on 1 "bad" day."

"I have been going to this location consistently for months and the employees are always so nice and welcoming, even early in the morning! I’ve noticed them multiple times go out of their way to talk to customers by first name (which i know is written on the cup) and wish them a good morning which is soo sweet to me and the difference between good and great customer service, especially Michelle. I also sometimes go through uber eats using this location and the quality of my drink is always still consistently good."
