"11/14/23: Stopped in for some salad to go. Placed order at counter for salad and water. Waited 30 min for order, order came out wrong (and realized I was charged for the wrong item at approx $5+ than what I had ordered). They remade order, and it came out wrong again. Manager, Nicole, stepped in, had order remade correctly and corrected the charge as well. This was all peak lunch time and the store was very busy. Some customers were not so nice. All team members were working hard and working as smoothly as possible. Thank you all for being at work and for working hard. Shout out to Manager, Nicole, for swiftly taking over and smoothing out the hiccup. I’ll be back!"
"Had an early dinner here with a dear friend. Easy to order food. Staff was quickly helping when I got in trouble (receipt would not print). The atmosphere was very nice. Clean dining room and restrooms. Plenty of surface parking. The wait time for food was reasonable. I ordered the chicken wild rice soup, very delicious! It came with a piece of bread, which also tasted good. Happy all around!"
