"These people are still super crazy with Covid precautions. There is always an employee guarding the door, hand sanitizer and masks at the ready. They count people as they enter the store. Honestly, they need to relax. Not everyone is freaked out by Covid and we are tired of being reminded of it every time we go out. Indiana does not have any Covid mandates, so chill out. They have a mask sign on the door (we didn't wear one). The store is very badly stocked and doesn't have a majority of popular sizes."

"Staff were friendly and not pushy at all. I can tell they really value their customers. Products are nice and they almost always have sales. Was greeted at the door before entering and exiting. We arrived before the opening time and they kindly opened the door for us with smiling faces. Great selection of products for all sizes"

"Fitting rooms were locked and unattended; difficult to find an employee out on the floor to assist, had to wait in checkout line over 5 mins (one customer ahead of me) just to ask to use a fitting room...never mind how crazy inaccurate the sizing is."

"Hard to return items ordered online. They- 2 managers, wanted me to basically return item(jeans) then pay full price for another item, not receiving full-any credit for already payed for jeans, all because the ordered jeans did not fit. Very frustrating. I had no idea the complications my daughter and I would go through all because of jeans being too long."

"I was here yesterday and first off when we walked in she didn't say anything to us than I asked her where the sunnie bras are and she's said "they are over there" and so I went over there looking for my size and I asked her if they had any in my size. She had the nerve to say " you can look if it's not there than we don't have any" what kind of customer service is this ! And she was dressed as if she just got out of bed. Never asked how I was doing or if I needed help. After awhile I finally found what I was looking for, I was ready to pay made me wait until she was done with what she was doing and she never asked for my reward card. NEVER will go there again."
