"First of all, I love your products. Myself, wife and kids all wear Puma merch. That being said, I went to the local store at Tanger outlet this morning at 10:20 and the doors were locked, but the lights were on. Your website states a ten o’clock opening and stated the store was open. Forgive me if I’m incorrect but I couldn’t find any signage that posted hours. Went to the store across the mall and asked if all the stores opened at ten. She said yes. Waited around until 10:50, still not open, almost an hour after the store was supposed to open. Tried calling the store but the voicemail mailbox was full. Drove back home. I went back at noon and the store was open, talked to the manager, she was very apologetic and I appreciated that. I wouldn’t have been so upset if this was the first time it’s happened. During or around the pandemic, store hours were wacky for everyone, so we gave you the benefit of doubt. When I went back the mall was busy for the holidays. That’s why I came first thing in the morning because I had a simple transaction that should have taken 5 minutes but ended up taking close to two hours of my time not to mention the gas chasing back and forth. I will be contacting Tanger in the morning. I’m trying to understand that good help might be hard to find these days but you’ve got to be kidding me. "I rolled in this store on a Tuesday morning fairly disheveled and in my "lazy day" sweat pants. I was still greeted by the employee and manager. The manager also took the time to help me find several pairs of shoes. He was polite, friendly and knew exactly the shoe I wanted. I left with 2 pair...the one I expected to get and a pair I just couldn't resist."

"Super friendly personnel, we walked in 10 minutes before closing and they were super helpful, taking down boxes, checking inventory, even offered to stay longer if needed. Selection of clothes, shoes was great too."
