"Normally I come in here, and it is a total mess, clothes on the floor, bags and shoes everywhere, and I have to step around messes. I went last week, and it was very nice in there. Found some unexpected goodies, and waited in line for a hot minute. They had maybe three young ladies working at checkout, which was amazing. Only issue, I had no idea they were employees. No name tags, and they were all in hoodies and sweats. I know they probably make minimum wage, so they don't want to look too nice, but at least enforce a red, or heart shirt/top, and a name tag."

"This is the worst Burlington store I have ever been to. If I could give 0 stars I would. Clothes and shoes, basically all items thrown and placed everywhere across the store. The isles are cluttered to the point of practically cleaning and organizing it yourself just to walk through. Extremely understaffed and unorganized. Clearance items were priced literally $2 less than the regular price. Idk what's happening here at this store but do better."
