"Have been a client here since they were at the other location on Alpine, I used to be very impressed with their work and always tip well, the new location is super modern and very clean. Most recently I’ve not been impressed, things have gone downhill, I’ve added photos and you can see from June that I’ve left the salon with multiple fingers bleeding, this happened in July as well, no apologies, won’t even acknowledge that they’ve made my fingers bleed, no discount either, I’m offered antiseptic on a cotton ball when I bring it to their attention and again not even “we’re sorry”, one time they said it’s because my cuticles are too long as if it’s my fault. Thankfully I’ve cleaned the sores at home and have not gotten an infection but it’s painful and I don’t want blood mixed in with my fresh set of nails. I’ve added dates on the photos, the ones from last year are done so well, and more importantly no blood, in the one from June the nail’s themselves don’t look sloppy or anything but the open sores on my fingers are not okay. The last straw was when I went in yesterday to have my set removed so my nails can have a break and I pictured what I left with, I had to spend at least twenty minutes at home buffing my nails out on my own, had I known they’d literally pry the nails off (no soaking, the quickest file you can possibly do) I wouldn’t have paid to have them removed, overall not happy with their service lately and am on the hunt for a nail salon where I’m not paying $55 to have my nails bleed."
