"told the hair stylist Kristina that her client was autistic many times and it was his first time at the location. she just glanced at me and called him over to the hair. multiple times during the haircut she kept yanking on his head to make him look straight, sprayed water in his face, to which he would get slightly wiggly since it's a sensory issue, to which she replied "it's just water. you'll be fine" and continued to do it. Trimming around his ear the client said "Ow!" and she pushed down harder and continued to do as she was. I definitely will not be coming back to this location!"

"My hair was a complete disaster when I went in, damaged to the full degree. Tons of breakage, and I just wanted it fixed up. My hair was thin and lifeless. The stylist pulled off a great cut that looked very similar to the picture I showed her, just shorter, which was fine, and it was very cute. I was afraid my husband wouldn't approve was all. I loved it though. (As you can see, he did love it!)"

"Visited on 12/19. Checked in online, it was quick and easy and just a couple minutes wait time once I arrived. Stylist did a good job. When I arrived, there was a hand written sign taped to the door that said cash only. I quickly checked my wallet and had enough cash but only a couple dollars for a tip. I inquired about it when paying and was told that over the weekend everyone was paying with a card so they needed to restock the cash drawer so were only accepting cash. I find that ridiculous! They can't go to the bank that is next to the shopping plaza. Oh well, my stylist would have gotten a larger tip, especially since it was so close to Christmas. Be sure to bring cash in case you run into this issue."
