"I live in the downtown area and this is the closest Starbucks nearby otherwise I wouldn’t come back. I come in here and get the same drink, no problems! This morning I ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew and the baristas were rude just kind of glancing at each other smiling and laughing. This snobby type of behavior is disgusting. When you’re a barista you’re typically the first interaction someone has in their day. You have no idea what kind of state of mind that person is in, or what they’re going through. I hope these two girls learn how to treat customers better."

"Friendly staff with excellent attitudes. A food item was out for a customer - William made sure to apologize and thank the customer for his flexibility as he offered a comparable replacement. Lily, noting the potential disappointment of this guest’s interaction, upgraded his drinks given the inconvenience to him. A thoughtful response by staff and an excellent example of how customer service can make a pivotal difference in how an establishment is experienced."
