"Smelled like burnt coffee as I walked in one kid said hello stood 10 mins Noone acknowledged me I walked out I'm done with biggby onto a better place better service"
"Absolutely horrible service. Walked in, only ones in there, five people working, and they blatantly ignored my family and I. didn’t even say “hold on one second we will be right with you”, they said absolutely nothing and didn’t even look in our direction until we walked out upset. They need to learn manners and how to greet customers!!"
"First time trying Biggby Coffee and I prefer them over Starbucks. More variety options to choose from, I ordered the Frozen Campfire Latte, Banana Split Creme Freeze, Donut Holes, and a couple bagels, everything tasted good. The Banana Split Creme Freeze is packed with flavor and stays true to it's name, the Frozen Campfire Latte was also the perfect pick me up. I'll be interested in trying their other lattes and creme freeze drinks in the future, there's so many options to choose from and they all look delicious. I highly recommend."
"Oh Biggby.. not only is your "drive thru" an absolute nightmare but today when I went I specifically asked for extra cream cheese on my turkey and havarti. I then asked again when I was given my food just verifying and the person working the counter flat out lied to me. There's little to no cream cheese. Sigh. Also just like a simple sign stating to go around the building instead of causing an accident would fix all of your problems. Do better."
"I had a Teddy Bear blended frozen coffee. It was white chocolate and caramel flavored. The ice was smoother than any frappucino I've ever had from the "star" place. Pricey like the star place but really tasty."
