"Grace went above and beyond from entering the store dropping off my items to the end of my visit by making an offer for my items to checking out! I’ve never been treated so professionally and courteous at this store before! Grace and her colleagues were fun friendly and encouraged us to bring in our gently used items! Grace also went above and beyond to help my grandson! He swallowed a piece of hard candy and started chocking. I was terrified and Grace asked permission to help him and swiftly dislodged the candy and he was able to breathe!! Grace is LITERALLY A LIFE SAVER! "I started off by purchasing from them, I had a great experience. then I decided some of the items that I purchased did not fit well and I had a few items of my own to resell. now I don't care about the price that they offer me for my items I just really need them off of my hands, and they're great condition. the fact that they didn't buy not a single item from me and not even their own items that they sold to me was beyond ridiculous and the excuse they gave me didn't make sense. Like I just bought these items from you a week ago why wouldn't you take them back. Long story short I would not be shopping there again, Plato's closet either! I spoke with one of my friends and she swore up and down it was a black thing because they don't buy from her either but seeing if the other reviews just lets me know it's a bad company to resell to"
