"I called my locl Madewell to check on inventory after my online order was cancelled because it was sold out! Yikes! The associate, Lindsey, who helped me was friendly, efficient and professional....And this was the Sunday after Black Friday - so they were busy! I told her I would gladly do the calling to find my boots. She found my item in several locations and said to call her back if I needed more phone numbers. I found it! Extraordinary customer service! Thank you, Lindsey!!!"

"This was my first time out shopping for new jeans since having my son in March. The ladies were knowledgeable about the various offerings and were both patient and accommodating given that I was shopping with my little one. I would have liked to have purchased some shoes in the store but it didn't seem like many options were in stock. Several pairs had little buttons on them that said that they could be ordered for you. I got the impression that it meant they didn't carry those styles in the store's stock. I don't live in the area so unfortunately it just wasn't an option for me."

"Wow! So disappointing. Walked in to buy myself a Christmas gift and neither sales associate acknowledged me. Browsed the entire store without a word. I even went to the front area for a few minutes, where they were, and nothing. I will stay loyal to Evereve ☺️. A store that knows how to treat their customers."
