"When taking our order they continue to interrupt us as I was trying to order. It was 9am when I got there and they practically ran out of everything. It is absurd hope expensive it is. Two small drinks and a sandwich was over $20. The sandwich was disappointing no egg or cheese like the menu said. It was my first time there definitely never going back."

"Don’t know about the food or the coffee because they would never come to the speaker at the drive thru. So we rolled up to the window and was told since we didn’t use the speaker that we had to wait and she slammed the window. My husband opened the window to ask if they would at least take our order and the 3 employees yelled for him to take his hand off of their F-ing window. Saw another car load go in and come right back out, don’t know what their issue was, but obviously they left for a reason. Employees have a terrible attitude and if this was my business I would fire everyone of them."

"Every time I visit this Biggby, there's some type of issue- whether it deals with a coupon, a gift card, or simply horrible customer service. I LOVE biggby and always ask for gift cards as a gift. All other stores I visit are so kind and ready to help. Multiple times I have tried to use gift cards here and they tell me there's no money left on them. I reached out to Biggby customer service about my gift card after my visit today and the barista (Lornzia) either didn't swipe my card or had no idea what she was doing. I still have a balance and my point for the visit wasn't added. Skip the painful visit here and drive a few miles up the road to the Cleveland Rd store."
