"When I came here on February 19th, it was about the busiest I had seen Great Clips since the right after the pandemic. A young blonde girl greeted me and told me about their fourty minute wait time. I went to go shop in the meantime, and returned later for my haircut. After sitting in the chair for about 50 minutes while the same young blonde gave me the most painful haircut I had ever experienced. When she asked me if it was good I was focusing on the back, and I hadn't even noticed she left nearly 4 full inches of hair on one of the sides and cut my ear so I tipped 5 dollars. During the haircut she kept getting distracted by customers entering, trying to get a coworker to cover her shift, and talking to her mother about her insurance. We returned to the same Great Clips the next day, February 20th, and the service was amazing. The brunette working there with all of the tattoos fixed it in less than ten minutes with no questions asked. If you're going in for a haircut, do not let the blonde anywhere near your hair."
