"So I have been going to Journey’s for a long time. Customer service has always been awesome! Today however, it was very poor and I even felt disrespected. We were practically the only ones there at the time. No one came up to assist us. We even looked and stared at the staff. There were a couple of girls at the register and a couple towards the back. One was saying “F-bombs” and we could clearly hear her. I came up and asked for a specific size of boot. Of course the lady at the register scoffs and states: “oh, that brand never comes in half sizes” (very rude and very short). I don’t hardly buy that brand so I don’t know what sizes it comes… lol I mean I deal with people at my job so I get it, people have a bad day but that girl was like done with dealing with people . Seemed like she didn’t want no one to bother them while they were chatting. Just disappointed and hope it will get better! Thanks."

"Cant give it 0 starts. Will NEVER again buy shoed from Journeys. The worst Customer Service experience...shoes never arrived and was told I had to wait 10 to 12 days while they file a claim with fedex and wouldnt offer to ship a replacement pair. I had to talk to a manager to get a refund. Before that I was sent back and forth to Birkenstock bec the sandals I purchased broke within 1 month of purchase. Journeys finally refunded me my money back but it took alot for them to. I expected more from a store chain this size. Very dissapointed."

"Always an amazing day when i can treat myself to some new vans!! Coming in when sami is working is my absolute favorite. She is so much fun and helpful. She makes the shoe buying experience better than it already is. She is real and very knowledgeable about the products and brands. My family and I dont buy vans anywhere else. And if we get lucky we get to buy our shoes from her!"
