"Theresa in JC Penny needs to be talked to by management. My wife and I and our 2 boys walked in politely and nicely just asking if we could exchange some perfume that was bought for Christmas. Right away she had an attitude and said sorry we cannot return that item and said sorry I can’t help you. I then moved forward and said I would like to speak with a manager and she came over no problem and returned it for us. I understand everyone has bad days but Theresa needs to find a different job instead of customer service. Unfortunately will NOT purchase anything from them again"
