"Huge improvements after a complete employee change and manager. Was definitely understaffed for a weekend the last time I was in and should be addressed. Only parts store open in the area on Saturday afternoon and Sunday so waiting 15-20 minutes to pay for your stuff that was in isles or that long to have your part even pulled is a bit much."

"Very upset got charged twice on credit card they denied it and clearly the money was taken off twice and it is proven to be true from my bank statement not happy who is the owner and how do I contact them they had to have been over on their count down at the end of the day I ordered 1 part so there was only 1 fuel pump for make and model in that store this needs to be resolved store manager is no help but I will keep fighting for my money only getting 1 star because thats the only way I could post this have talked to Ben and Brenda on separate occasions ben said Brenda has to fix it Brenda believes it didn't happen but the bank and my bank statement shows I was doubled charged 254.39 thats money needed and my other bills with have overdraft fees this need to be taken care of"
