Great Clips

"I am very upset with my haircut today. I showed a picture of what I wanted to the lady (I do not recall her name), and told her to NOT remove length from the front, just a very small trim to remove split ends. All I wanted was the back stacked and layered. She proceeded to cut 3 or 4 inches off the front!! My hair is now way above my chin (it was shoulder length before) and I couldn't be more displeased. I should have complained in the store, and requested a refund, but I was near tears and didn't want to make a scene. This is very difficult for me as it takes my hair so, so long to grow, and I will have to put up with this for a long time. I will not be coming back."

"rachelle got me right with the trim got me looking nice for my weekend, even recommended a good leave in conditioner. good place overall, haven’t had an issue here ever just have to know how to communicate what you want to your stylist."

"I'm not usually picky about my haircut but this one looks like the stylist had absolutely no training on how to cut mens hair. Also never let me see the back before I left. Got home and the back looks like she was drawing pictures with the clippers."

"My stylist was Larisa. She acted like she was very annoyed the whole time she was cutting my hair. She was very rough with the comb and scratching me with her fingernails while styling. Very dissatisfied with my cut and was charged $57. Will never ever go back."
