"I was disappointed with my experience getting eyelash extensions at this salon. The technician seemed very inexperienced - she looked far too young to be properly certified for this work. Should have been the first red flag. Right away, she made the mistake of pulling out my existing lash extensions (done professionally at another salon) with tweezers, which was painful and damaging. The girl didn't consult me on the look I wanted and started right away into the application. I had hoped for a natural, "one-on-one" look, but that didn't seem to be an option here. Major red flag - she had me keep my eyes open instead of closed during the application, causing glue to get in my eyes multiple times. This burned terribly and made me tear up. She also dropped the tweezers into my eye, which added to the pain. In just 20 minutes, she had finished - much faster than any careful, quality lash extension application could take. The end result looked messy and amateur, like my 15 years old past me had applied cheap fake lashes from Rite Aid myself. Now I'm stuck with this clumpy, uneven set through New Years, as no other shop is open. I regret trusting previous positive reviews claiming this salon does quality lash extensions. My experience here was unprofessional and damaging to my natural lashes. I do not recommend this technician or salon for lash extensions. In the future, I'll do more research to find an experienced, certified technician, even if it costs more. The right expertise is essential for safe, quality results. This procedure should never be painful!"

"Terrible experience when I went for lash extensions. It hurt during the initial application but then my eye lids and eyeballs were red, swollen, and burning for about 6 hours afterwards and it wasn't getting any better, if anything it was getting worse. At that point I removed them and my eyes/lids continued to burn all night. Less than 24 hours later I went back in with clearly burned eyes to get a refund for the terrible reaction and she refused to give me any money back, just a small amount on a gift card for my next visit. Which obviously I would never use after what happened. I was also made feel like it was my fault and that I just had really sensitive eyes or I had an allergy. I hadn’t had my lashes done professionally before so I couldn’t be certain but I didn’t think it was true. Now that I have had more experience, and my eyes haven’t felt like that since, I know that wasn’t true. If you have a product that causes someone severe discomfort, physical pain, or burning their skin, I just think it should be made right. Also, I wish she would have advised me to take them off if the pain didn’t subside at a certain point. And this is not some giant chain that has policies that can't be overridden by regular employees. This is a locally owned store and I feel that the owner should have done more. And as a review of just the lashes excluding my experience, they looked like thick tacky Halloween lashes that were really heavy on my lid."

I had a bad experience with the younger woman, I was told Jina works weekends I went there yesterday to have my brows done and only the young girl was working, time for a new place"
