"What an amazing experience with Ulta this week! What a blessing to work with both Faith and Aydeh. They are both so unique, which made my experience even better. They helped me feel so comfortable finding just what I was looking for, and that’s huge. When it comes to buying items for our skin and trying different shades, it can be a little daunting. Simply looking in the mirror under such bright lights can be sensitive for some. Both of these girls helped me feel 100 percent at ease. They actually made the process fun! I also had a very welcoming and kind experience with Anna on the phone. She was very patient, caring, and pleasant. I appreciate that so much, and I appreciate Ulta all around!"

"Michael is super amazing, honest, and helpful. He helped my daughter, and I find, a acne routine as she has been breaking out. He recommended StriVectin, and she has been loving it. I will be back to try out more of their products for myself. Side note, when i went to write this review, I was surprised to see a negative one for him, but I am not surprised to see one from the reviewer. She is a hair stylist in town, and super unfriendly. "I went to Ulta on 12/31/23 to get shampoo and conditioner. When checking out I had a coupon that I wanted to see if I could use. Jennifer (the cashier) rang in the coupon. I asked if it had worked and she said yes. When checking the receipt I realized it did NOT work and she would NOT give me my coupon back."

"My visit on 11/10/23 was the first nice experience I’ve had shopping at Ulta. I wish I would have gotten the gals name who happily took the time to help me choose the right eyeliner because she was super sweet and helpful which wasn’t the case in the past from other staff. I got exactly what I was looking for and more!! I was seriously debating on shopping elsewhere but she single-handedly is the reason I’ll return."
