"Love this place! Was so nervous about getting extensions!! Shannon was absolutely AMAZING!! I originally went for color… my hair is terrible— super thin—- super dry! I wanted highlights but knew I could not use bleach! Shannon jumped right in— had suggestions— I was able to use the highlight color I wanted but In extensions!!! It turned out amazing!!!! I absolutely love it!! Thank you Shannon! The color turned out amazing as well—- thank you Martha!"

"My stylist was MARTHA SCHUBERT. I came in with some issues with my hair. A lot had fallen out and a lot of it had broken off due to a stressful situation I had been through. Martha made me feel comfortable and said not to worry it would be okay. She did a beautiful job on my high/low lights ( I actually now like my real hair color instead of getting very light blonde highlights). It had to be a somewhat of a shorter hair cut and I was nervous but it turned out really well. I really love my hair and it looks extremely healthy again. I will definitely be going back to see her for my next haircut and color!! The salon was very nice and all of the staff were very friendly. Thanks Martha and 804 for being my new go to hair salon!!!!!"

"*EDIT* I just had the BEST experience with Bethany, she’s fantastic! She is timely, so great at hair, and very knowledgeable! I will be going to see her until she retires. You’re officially stuck with me! (: Thank you 804!! *EDIT* I DID make a second appointment, HOWEVER, my daughter got sick as children do, so the day prior, I CALLED AHEAD TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT. Whomever I spoke with was understanding, but did ask me if I would still consider keeping the appointment because of scheduling conflicts in the future, I said not at this time, that I would call back. Cut to the next day I’m getting angry calls AND texts from Bethany asking me where I am and why I’m not at our scheduled appointment, I was obviously confused but concerned because I felt she obviously didn’t receive the message. Then she said she knew I had called to cancel, but that she was told I had decided to keep it instead. UM, HELLO?! My child is sick and she has a doctors appointment. So then I was accused of lying, and told via text that she would no longer work with me in the future. So I’ve found a fantastic salon just down the road, because theirs salons everywhere here! "Devon worked her magic and "fixed" my hair after a stylist at a different salon over-processed my hair, resulting in Platinum blonde. It was my first visit to Salon 804, and I had read all of the wonderful reviews on Devon so I knew I was in good hands. I told her what I didn't want, showed her numerous pictures of what I liked and she did the rest! She did NOT disappoint! Devon is extremely talented and personable! Highly recommend!"
