"We absolutely love this shop! Every time we are in town it is a must stop shop. The owner is an absolute sweetheart. The customer service she personally provides for each customer is so thoughtful and authentic. Both myself and daughters always find the most unique clothing pieces at a reasonable price. Any time I wear a piece from here I get so many compliments!"

"I had made several purchases here that I had been very satisfied with. HOWEVER, on one occasion my adult daughter accompanied me and she purchased a Michigan charmed necklace for herself and one for a friend. Her necklace broke apart at the soldering when she wore it. She was able to not lose it and called the store. She was told she could exchange it. So, on a subsequent visit to downtown together, she brought in the necklace. I browsed the store as she made an exchange. I wasn’t done browsing so she said she’d meet me next door and left. As I continued to browse, the salesperson that waited on my daughter said to another employee, “she lied”. She said several other degrading things about her. I was horrified that employees would talk about customers when other customers were present. She continued to say, “you could tell she was lying; she just wanted a different necklace; she broke it herself.” I realized they were talking about my daughter. I walked up and told them that the person who just returned the necklace was my daughter. They both stared at me. No explanation, no apology. I said I was mortified and could hardly speak. I asked if either were the owner. When I was told no, I asked for a name and phone number or email address of the owner. I was told they couldn’t give it out and I could look it up online. I just left the store. She then added that I shouldn’t worry about it. That my daughter was “old enough to take care of herself.” What?! I was so shaken with that I couldn’t even get myself to tell my daughter right away. I couldn’t believe it. I still can’t, months later. This was not a young salesperson that you could excuse fot immaturity. Their website has been “coming soon” for months. Thus no info found there."

"I loved this place and believe it is new to TC. Stopped in after seeing a gorgeous outfit on a mannequin. Awesome selection of vintage type style clothes, fun colors and adorable feminine dresses and skirts. I found prices reasonable - I wasn’t sticker shocked. Staff was very sweet and the atmosphere was fun! I will come back."
