"I revisited this store in July 2020 after more than 10 years had passed since my first visit. I made purchases both times. This year I so loved the cotton gauze dress/slip that I called them from home and they shipped me another in a different color. When I described the item, the staff new exactly what I was speaking about. I received the item within 3 days. Thank you Alison for yet another great shopping experience."

"Went into Cali’s yesterday. It was a Saturday afternoon not terribly busy at the time. There may have been one or two other customers in the store. I walked around the entire store-even stopping at the counter and looked at hair clips. Two sales people were standing behind the counter-not one word or greeting of any kind that would acknowledge the presence of anyone in the store. I walked out...still no acknowledgment. Not goodbye -thanks for stopping - nothing. I wouldn’t spend a dime in a store like that."
