"Got my hair done about a month ago by Ms. Scott (can’t remember her first name) and even a month later, I am totally disappointed. When I went in to her, I had recently moved to the area. My hair was FINALLY all the same length and starting to grow very healthy. Went in to just get my blonde brighten up a little with a small trim to take the dead ends off. She completely chopped my hair and added layers that to half way up my head, without even asking. When all I asked for was a quick trim. I’ve had bad experiences with getting my hair done before, but have never left the salon in tears. Not to mention my blonde looked no different then when I walked in. Currently taking biotin and trying to grow this chopped mess back out or just thinking about shaving it completely."
