"Be careful if you purchase online from this store as the colors don't show accurately. When I spoke to the store, they said the fault was with my monitor and I could pay $50 to change the color of the strap. Otherwise all sales are final. I've never had a color discrepancy in another purchase from other online stores - EVER! Not great customer service. I like the bags, but they appear pretty simple to make compared to their extremely high cost. I'll shop elsewhere..."

"I have been a loyal customer for years and have multiple bags. I love the quality and styles they offer but this year for my birthday my boyfriend decided he was going to let me CUSTOMIZE my own bag. It’s not a cheap expense and I was super excited. Now he’s a contractor so he had to come over from work to grab the bag once it was done so he could surprise me with it. And I asked him how it went and his response was very disheartening. He walked into the store clearly straight from work and was treated with such a poor attitude, clearly he was profiled because of how he looked. Then once the sales lady came up to ask if he needed anything he said he needed to pick up a custom bag.... her response was “Seriously....?” Absolutely and completely disrespectful to profile someone based on their looks. Especially after he just spent over $1,000 on a bag. It made me super upset that he had experienced such poor service based on how he looked when he was buying me a gift, I felt terrible that he had been treated this way. I love these bags but the customer service really needs to improve."
