"Loved it at 1st, but as I kept going in asking for a TRIM, telling her I liked my hair long, she began thinning my hair, adding in layers I never wanted or asked for, shortening it as much as 12 inches in some spots. Now I have layers at the back of my head an inch long, it's shorter in back than in front, thin, with pieces sticking out all over. I can't do anything with it. It'll take me Years to grow it back out. My HUSBAND she gave special treatment to though: spent twice as much time on his cuts as mine, gave him extra services whenever I wasn't in there with him, and didn't charge him for them. I've never, ever felt so ugly, or terrible about my hair, and I will NEVER go back. I wish there was a spot here to post before and after pics.... it's unbelievable what she did."
