"I tried to make an appointment online but had to download an app, which is no problem. They reached out to me and told them up front that my hair is damaged and over processed by 30 volume developer. And that I wanted to cut off the damaged parts and get it fixed. So, I was told that would take several appointments to get it to that point. Ok no problem I fully understand, Then I was called again and asked for pictures...I sent them then was told "this is too much for me I hope you understand." You didn't see it in person, or try to even compromise."

"Just recently moved to the area and was looking for a place to get my haircut. I called Hair FX and they were very nice on the phone about getting me an appointment that worked with my schedule. I made an appointment for 2:45 and showed up the next day for my appointment. Upon arrival they told me they had me in their system for 4:45 but I specifically told them on the phone I couldn’t do any appointment later than 3:00. They then said they could not squeeze me at 2:45 so I had to walk away. I know this was probably just a simple mistake but I wish they made more of an effort to accommodate my time and fix the mistake as I have a wedding to go to soon and now I will have to show up with an ugly mane. And with gas prices these days a 15 minute trip into town for no reason isn’t ideal lol. I guess I will be shopping for a new haircut place."
