"Karen either thinks she knows how to do “fashion colors” or was just scared to do my hair. I tried to schedule an appointment with her and she lied to me and refused to service me, saying I was a no call no show (a year before) when in actuality I was nervous about the color I was doing and cancelled a week in advance. Very unprofessional and childish catty girl games. Not for me!"
