"Worst center. They do not care about your kid. They only care about getting paid, they do not have staff but take in so many new kids and leave them on hold. 9-12 month wait after being approved by your coordinator, I don’t usually review but this place has gave me the worst treatment and do not care about your child at all. They only care about making sure the state is paying them. 90% of their aba techs have NO experience only 2 weeks training. This place is a scam. They pick and choose which kids deserve better experienced techs, they do not bring the child anything from his monthly allowance, they will not listen to you when you have Qs. This Austin center should be sued and completely shut down."

"My son Sameer attends his personalized classes with Amel who is an excellent teacher and human being whom I recommend 100% affectionate, friendly, flexible, punctual and always keeps me informed of the activities they do at school with my son, grateful for his work that day by day is reflected in it, it is not an easy path or immediate results but without a doubt I thank all the staff of the centria and Trevor for following up on my son's case."

"This center was phenomenal every step of th way. They were willing to help us out at every turn. Mariam came up with a fantastic plan for our son and when we ran into a snag she was quick to find solutions. Paige was a godsend, our son is 5 now and by far she was the best teacher he’s ever had. Her patients and understanding of our son was beyond words. I’m sure everyone that works at this center is great, but if I had the option I would ask for Mariam and Paige every time. Trust me they do great work!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

"I was referred to Centria after my daughters evaluation in March 2020. Due to the pandemic, the process to get her started didn’t start until July. DOMINIQUE WRIGHT took all 3 of my Active Insurance cards and set us up with SHANNON RUPNOW. Shannon came to my home and did the intake evaluation with my daughter and said that she was looking for someone who could fit our schedule (which was 100 percent open availability including weekends). I received a call from Shannon the week of Thanksgiving saying therapy would be pushed back because they ran the wrong insurance. I have called, text, since our last correspondence in December and received ABSOLUTELY ZERO COMMUNICATION BACK. It has been OVER 6months of back and forth and my daughter and I waiting for the ABA care she has qualified for and needs! They dropped the ball, and the lack of URGENCY AND CARE that went into our case is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I reached out to another agency after talking to my daughters doctor who was surprised at HOW LONG they were taking to get ABA started. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR HELP - ALL they do is give the run around and place blame on each other instead of solving the problem at hand. 100% THUMBS DOWN!!!"
