"Very unpleasant experience. Every time I’ve called here I feel like they try to get you off the phone as soon as possible. I Initially called and scheduled an appointment for my dad which was set for 4:30pm, fast forward to the day of the appointment I call back to get a reminder of the appointment time since I did not receive a reminder, to which they tell me arrival time is 3:45pm. I was NEVER told in the first place when scheduling the appointment so if I had never called them earlier that day I would’ve never known the actual arrival time. I still decided to ignore that, everything was fine up until I called back because my dad got stuck in traffic and it delayed his arrival time, the immediate response was “I told you the arrival time was 3:45 how late is he?” “Does he have the navigator telling him?” they then tell me he will have to reschedule his appointment, which is fine I understand that, I work with patients every single day and I understand how appointment times work and trust me this is not my reason to be upset but this place needs to be more unified and be sure the information everyone is relying over the phone is the same. What happened to being welcoming and professional?"

"I feel there's a lack of medical knowledge here like maybe it's family-owned and they're just letting anybody run the show. Couldn't get my MRI done because I have metal Clips in my chest I've had several MRIs CAT scans and x-rays done with these metal Clips with no problem so they had to give me a refund and I wasted my time coming there after I spent months trying to get this appointment and rearranging my life to go to it so I called another place that was first of all $150 cheaper and closer to my house same day appointments they did a questionnaire for me over the phone as they do for all the patients so that I wouldn't waste my time when I got there and the questionnaire asks if you have metal clips and it was fine they knew what settings to use on the MRI machine with no problem and it was safe. I'm in pain and I do not have time they should have figured it out"
