"I’ve been going to pearl vision for over 5 yrs for my vision needs, and have always had good customer service. My only complaint is that my appointment was at 1:40, and was not seen till after 2pm. From what I gathered from my own observations was that they were running behind. Some patients were taking longer than normal, which causes the snowball effect. Overall I am satisfied and will continue doing business with Pearl Vision."
