"This clinic has a great work flow without feeling rushed (and I'm a surgical nurse at a local surgery center, so ifykyk), but what I appreciated most was that I wasn't addressed as "honey" or "sweetie" or some other word that's intended to be kind but that I personally find to be extremely condescending and patronizing. A special thank you to our attending doctor, who didn't hurry the exam."
