"I came in on 10/18/2023 as a new patient for both my son and I. We were there for an exam and cleaning and also I had an issue with one of my teeth. First of all - I wouldn't consider any of what was done an "exam". The dentist took one look at a tooth (that I didn't have the issue with) and claimed it was abscessed, before even looking at the x-ray. After looking at the x-ray, you could tell that she did NOT see an abscess. She told me that it would need to be pulled, since there was already a crown on the tooth. Apparently, she didn't know how to fix that. She kept telling me "it must be pulled, it must be pulled". She THEN took a look at my chart and said "oooh. You have insurance through your work? Well, maybe you can get a second opinion... but that may take months and I can pull the tooth here." BIG RED FLAG!!! Not only that. She pulled a baby tooth from my son WITHOUT doing any x-rays! Where permanent teeth are all around that tooth. I was reluctant to schedule the tooth excision, which I couldn't for one month... Even though the tooth was abscessed? (So I didn't schedule it.) The dentist (no clue of her name because she didn't introduce herself) told the receptionist to get me in ASAP because I was going to be having surgery. So the receptionist told me to call on Monday to get scheduled for when there was a cancelation. I asked her if she could call me since I could NEVER get a hold of them. I can't blame her, as she was the only person working. The tooth that I really needed to be looked at was a broken filling that, apparently, was no issue to this dentist. That was also alarming. Asking if the tooth was painful and seemed surprised when I said it was. There was a GIANT HOLE IN THE TOOTH. I received that second opinion and the tooth was NOT abscessed, it was a small cavity that was fixed. The other tooth with the hole was also repaired at the other facility I went to. All within the same day. This place definitely wanted to walk over me since I had Meridian insurance, but failed to see that I was ALSO insured through work. You could have definitely made more money off of me if you looked further into it. This place is a JOKE."

"Came in to get a tooth with a massive cavity removed, then came in again for cleaning. i was not disappointed with either, that cleaning definitely makes it 100x easier to floss :)"

"I have been coming to this place for a year now getting my mouth ready for my new denture and they have literally catered to my every need! There have been multiple times I’ve had a broken tooth that hurt or had work done and I was hurting/infected and without even being seen they sent in a script for antibiotics! No other dentist will do that without making you come in and get looked at when you already know what the problem is and all you need is some antibiotics! Oh and My denture is absolutely perfect! So perfect in fact, I don’t even have to use adhesive! I love my new beautiful smile and we just started the bottoms for my partial! I love this place and all the employees as well! Sherri(who runs the front desk/phones) has almost been like a friend to me. She always listens to me, she always calls and squeeze’s me in if I really need it. She has been an absolute blessing through this process! I can’t thank you ALL enough for working with me to have my new, perfect, beautiful smile! Thank you soooo much!!! I would recommend them to everyone and anyone who needs any type of dental work done bc they will get it done and make it as easy as possible! Trust me!"

"I think she was great super fast but they told me to take Tylenol and Morton? Which don’t work at all they send me home with no medication and I’ve been in pain ever since .I do not recommend unless you have pain medication for real ."

"My dental insurance changed so I ended up at Sure Family Dental. I was a bit skeptical at my first appointment as the cleaning was done by Dr. Kenny and seemed quick. But I suppose figuring in the waiting time at previous dentists for the dental hygienist to do the cleaning and then waiting for the dentist to come in and look everything over it probably took a similar amount of time. Unfortunately, I had a cavity, which my previous dentist had been watching, and it was necessary to have a crown placed. I was able to get an appointment to do that in a timely fashion. Dr. Kenny numbed the area and prepared the tooth for a crown as well as filled the cavity. Then a temporary crown was placed. All with no pain, save the initial numbing shot. Zero pain, not a twinge, nothing I have experienced in the past. It did take a while for my permanent crown to come in, about a month, and when I went in to have that put in, I saw Dr. Chloe. Again I was numbed, which has never happened in the past to remove a temporary crown and place the permanent crown. And again, zero pain. My last crowns have all taken a while to "settle down" and be less sensitive. This crown, after the first day of feeling a bit tight in the space, had not had any of that sensitivity at all. She was very careful to be sure my bite was correct, and removed the excess dental glue, which has been a problem with previous crowns. So without hesitation, I hundred percent recommend both Dr. Kenny and Dr. Chloe. And I was able to ask a few questions of Dr. Chloe while she was doing the work, and she is so sweet. She has a background as a nurse before becoming a dentist. Dr. Kenny was studying to be a minister when they came here and then followed her into dentistry. And she said they both believe in being able to do mission work right here in the States and their dental practice is part of that work. To top it all off, the office staff and dental assistants are all very pleasant and professional. (This is all in the Niles location)"
